This is a customized digital art service; no physical product will be shipped.

Progress shots will be sent from time to time, through your preferred communication platform among : mail, twitter, discord.

I will have to decline projects that are too difficult for my skill level.

Payment is 100% upfront, but for projects above 300 € I can offer to do a payment plan.

Up to 3 small revisions, please notify me as soon as possible.

If you ask for more revisions, they will be paid at a 25% rate of the project for each.

Once the project is delivered and validated, revisions are not available anymore.

If you need to set a deadline, contact me at least a month before due date (or earlier, depending on the complexity of the project).

In case of a short deadline, an additional fee of 50% of the total will be applied.

It usually takes me from one to three weeks to finish a commission, however if it is complex it can take more time.

In any case, you should get updates frequently with the progress shots. Please include either your email, discord, or twitter so I can contact you easily.

AI and NFT uses are strictly prohibited.

The artworks remains my intellectual property, unless you specifically ask for them. In that case, a special fee will apply.

I also have the rights to use your commissioned artwork for showcasing and self-promotion purposes, unless you pay a non-disclosure fee.

If no progress has been made within a month starting from the payment date, you can ask for a refund.

If I feel like the project cannot be completed, I will contact and refund you from my initiative.

Refunds will be denied in any other case.
